First Day back......

First day back from Christmas break! Of course I didn't want to get up and get going on this cold morning! Thank goodness for a great night's sleep despite some big stresses this weekend! I did make sure that I had my pink slim and water- staying healthy and full of energy is real important on days like today!
The dogs were not as happy that Steve left them in their beds when he left- They thought they would cry out at me that they wanted out! So... I let them out- after a little water and food they went on their way to the backyard- WHAT??? You don't like the cold.... hmmmm... maybe tomorrow morning you will enjoy that stay in your bed a little longer! LOL!
I had to put together a new photo release and head shot for Renaissance Learning. As a part of the Distinguished educator program they want to put me in the February newsletter since I am presenting at TCEA in Austin. So I guess I will send this "head shot"

I guess it will do for a Monday morning after break!
I am hoping to hear from Bobbie and Andy today as she talks to the doctor and finds out if everything is ok after her Friday evening accident. Her car is totalled I am sure- I just hope she and the baby are ok.
Well, back to work- I put a roast in the crock pot  before I left for work- so after a long cold day hopefully we will have a good warm meal waiting on us when we get there!

Last day of break!

It is the last day of holiday break! Started with church at Trinity then home for "girl" cheese sandwich! At least that is what my kids always called it! Girl cheese and fruit cottontail! Lol! Those were the days!
Hanging out at home with football on the tv and answering questions about Plexus! I love getting to share! So many people helped by such a good pink drink!
So not ready to get back in schedule tomorrow! The mornings will be cold and sleepy! I guess we just start the count down for the next break! Lol! It has been another tough year in some ways....but will get through it I suppose and hope for a change next year!
Yesterday we were able to pick up tires for the Charger for a decent price...so that was good. Andy picked up his pipe for his muffler and it went back on easily so that too was good.
I guess this week we will need to try and get back in he gym and stop eating so much sweet foods! The news all talk about people gaining 5 to 10 pounds over the holidays. I'm glad I didn't have to worry about that!
My messenger keeps dinging so I guess I will go see how I can help answer more questions about Plexus! What a blessing! Hope it works for these newbies as it has for us!

2015- New Year!

It is a new year! It has been a fun holiday season spending time with our kids and friends! On Christmas Eve we spent time at Kerry's house with the Pinion family. That night we opened gifts with kids and settled in to see what Santa had in store for us the next morning! As in normal fashion, Ashley woke us all up at 7:30am to see what was under the tree! I got an awesome pair of fringe boots!
We spent Christmas Day being lazy and watching movies with Andy and Bobbie as Ashley and Alex made their way to Oklahoma to 4 wheel with his family. That night we had awesome steaks and s'mores out under the Pergola. We got a chance too see Pa on Saturday as the kids were driving back through.
Steve led worship at Trinity on Sunday. It was awesome to worship with Robby joining us on keys and sax. We love learning from Jason as he leads and teaches with great insights on applying the Word to our everyday lives.
Monday caught us off guard with our plumbing clogged....which led to realizing a seal on toliet needed to be replaced and then realizing the entire toliet needed to be replaced....ugh...bye bye Christmas money!
New Year's Eve we opened the house for snacks and games. We lit the outside fire put and had s'mores again then laughed our way into the New Year.
After a late night we are just being lazy around the house for first day of 2015. Looking forward to all to come this next year.....Andy and Bobbie will have a baby in April and Ashley and Alex in June. I will continue to share my love for Plexus and all that it has done for my health. I will also start considering how much longer I will continue working for SISD.

Christmas everywhere!

Kids are excited in our schools! The Christmas programs, parties to come and 2 weeks off!
I am excited too!
I have so much to do before Christmas- we have started our shopping but we have gifts yet to buy!

Andy was born on Christmas Eve- we try to do something ahead of time for him!

I am trying to put my Christmas eve food list together- I think I am making:

• Crockpot Christmas Crack
• Carmel/Chocolate dipped pretzels
• Turkey- Steve will smoke this for us!
• Ham- Steve will smoke this for us too!
• hash brown potato casserole
• sausage balls
• maybe some pink salad

Before that date I have to think about food for friends party---- probably some finger food kind of stuff!!
I also need to find or make an ugly sweater! What day is it again? Much to do!

Great Weekend!

What a great weekend! We went to Denton on Saturday for Alex's TWU graduation! We are so excited for them! After a great lunch at The Horny Toad with his parents, we headed back to Sherman to do a little cleanup. Saturday night we took Bobbie and Andy out to Georgetown Baptist for the live nativity journey! It was really good! Lots of people had the opportunity to walk through the market place and then journey to the stable! Well done!
Today we helped with worship again at Trinity! We were so excited to see Robby today! After worship we enjoyed a good lunch and conversation! No matter how long we go without seeing each other it is just like old times when we are together!
This week we have much to get ready for! We will be finishing up decoration and cleaning for a party! I need to find an ugly sweater or something! With our Plexus payday this week we will be able to finish Christmas shopping and birthday shopping for Andy!
I am looking forward to the following week getting everyone together for Christmas!

Fun times with some Plexus peeps today! Tomorrow we will get to see Alex walk the stage at TWU! We are excited for him!

December 2014

My Year in Review
This time last year I had started taking Plexus- I was not feeling great and I was way overweight!
Starting on Dec 1st- I began taking Plexus Slim and Accelerator + each day. I also learned to drink water- LOL! Coke had been my thing!!!
Before Christmas arrived my pants were falling off! Steve made fun and me! So for Christmas I got new jeans- 2 sizes smaller!!!
As the new year came- Steve decided to join me on this Plexus journey- then in February Ashley joined and in April Andy joined!
It has been awesome!
Energy, better sleep, smaller clothes and best of all Healthy!!!!!
In January something wonderful started happening- not only was I getting healthy and losing weight- I was getting a paycheck from Plexus!!

• In February we went and stayed at the Texas Gaylord for Valentine's day!
• We got really awesome Valentine gifts!!!
• In March we built a Cedar Pergola! 
• We bought a 2013 Truck at the end of March
• We bought a used Travel trailer in April
• Stayed at the Omni Dallas for Convention in May
• We started camping on the weekends!
• Went to Galveston in June- for work- but we actually got to play
• We took the kids to Branson in July
• Andy/Bobbie got married in October

It has been an awesome experience! I have 48 people on my team! Several people purchase products from me and send me fun emails that tell how much better they feel! It has been so rewarding to help others!
As of September we are going to church at Trinity Baptist in Sherman- we have been helping "G" out with worship. We have an awesome pastor that had actually been a part of our Youth Group back in the day when we worked at Trinity!
